Between Neumarkt and Brühl’s Terrace
The Christmas market at the Frauenkirche is traditionally held in Dresden’s Münzgasse. Whether on foot, by public transport, or by car, its central location in Dresden’s old town makes it super easy to find.
Coming from the Frauenkirche or Neumarkt, the giant Christmas pyramid at the entrance to Münzgasse is visible from afar. Now a symbol of this Christmas market, it invites visitors in. Even the adults will be amazed when they stand in front of the eight-metre-high wooden pyramid. The attraction has four levels of handcrafted, life-size wooden figurines.
